Shipping Policy
At TLC Pet Stuff we make every effort to ship products within 2-3 business days, for in-stock products. In certain cases, additional delivery time will be necessary (special orders, incomplete orders submission, back ordered items). If your order shipment will be delayed beyond the standard 2-3 days after processing, we will notify you immediately.
Returns/Exchanges
Please notify us first by email info@tlcpetstuff.com if you would like to return or exchange any of our merchandise. We will work with you to ensure you and your pets are happy with your purchase. If returning or exchanging an unused item, please do so within 14 days of receipt of product.
Any items returned to us will be donated to a rescue.
Buyers are responsible for shipping fees associated with returning the merchandise to us.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise has been used with the exception of merchandise with manufacturer’s defects.
